Nomadic society have no permanent place of settlement, the people of nomadic society roam from place to place with their luggage on the back of their Camels, Horses, and Donkeys in search of fodder and water for their animals and for themselves too. They have no hereditary properly. They are more a tribe and have tribal culture. The culture traditions have very forceful binding upon the members of that society.

Characteristics Of Nomadic Society

Population size of this society is very small. Sometimes population of this society is event less than ten hundreds of people.

2. Geographical Mobility
Geographical Mobility is very common in this due to the sake of of Foods, Grass, Shelter, Water, an Income too. They don't have their permanent place of residence and not have a permanent geography.

3. Absence of Ownership
People of Nomadic society do not have agriculture and or ancestral(racial) property.

The way of living of this of this nomadic is old and traditional old customs and values are practical an transmitted from generation to generation.

5. Professions of this Society
Animals Husbandry(agriculture or management of resources), labor, and small cottage industry are the main professions of this society.

6. Resistance to Social Change
People of this society dislikes and strongly resist to social changes. They prefer to live with their own old way of living and culture. Therefore, very small minimal changes observed in this society.
